public tours, plus a private tour given by
the Facility Manager of the Getty Villa,
Oren Grey and staff.
5:00pm - 6:00pm: Behind the scenes
presentation in the auditorium given by Oren
Grey.
6:00pm - 8:30pm: Hosted reception in the
Café terrace.

Registrations:
Deadline for registrations and payments for this event will
be on Thursday, May 15th at 12pm.
Your RSVP & Payment must be
received by this date and time.
For security reasons
we must provide The Getty Villa with a list
of attendees by the above date and time.
Therefore, no RSVPs, or Payments will be
accepted after the deadline. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Parking:
Parking is ($8.00 per vehicle), please follow the Getty
Villa parking signs and park accordingly.
Entrance:
You will need an IFMA ticket in order to
enter the Facility. NO TICKETS WILL BE
SOLD THE DAY OF THE EVENT (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Please bring your IFMA Getty Villa entrance
ticket to the event. These tickets
will be mailed to you after registering for
the event.
